Christianity gives a message of Love and Encouragment

Christianity promises love and peace. When Jesus came to die for people's sins, he came as a lamb of sacrifice offered by His father in heaven. The father, our God, gave up His only begotten son for mankind to be reunited with Him in glory. With so much love inherent in Christianity, it makes sense therefore to believe that Christian encouragement and words can truly heal the mind, soul and body.

Christianity is a walk by faith and not by sight

The Christian believes in things that are not seen. God is not seen but we believe he lives and watches over us everyday. The greatest authors of the bible stated that faith should be the corner stone of every persons life. For with faith we can call what is not to be, we can move mountains, stop the sun from shinning and raise people from the death, as recorded in the bible. It is therefore easy to draw encouragement from Christianity because it states that if you believe, no matter the current situation, things can and will get better because God loves us and wants the best for us. Faith in what has been done, can be done and will be done offers true Hope and Encouragement for anyone in despair or difficult times.

Christian encouragement is backed by prayer

.

One of the cornerstones for Christianity is prayer. Prayer is a way to speak to God the father, thru Jesus Christ. It is a way to tell God what we feel and to ask for what we need. With powerful praying, we can ask for anything to change or to improve, and if it is God's will, he will grant our prayers. Christian encouragement and prayer can help a person feel at ease and protected by our superior being - God.

Taking some time to engage in sincere prayer for a situation is a great way to draw encouragement and strength to face a certain situations. The good thing is, anyone can pray - but for God to answer a prayer, a person must have a personal relationship with him first.

Chrisitan encouragement is backed by God the creator

Christian encouragement poems or words can be written as a plea to God to intervene in a situation. This is because God created mankind and like any manufacturer only He knows how to deal with a defect in human beings and or their lives.

We have a comforter

When Jesus died for people's sins, he brought them back to God. He purchased our salvation on Calvary . When he left for heaven he promised to leave people with a comforter, the Holy Spirit who dwells amongst us everyday to offer comfort and guidance. At times Christian encouragement comes from knowing that the Holy Spirit is here to comfort you and because it is God in Spirit, then you have nothing to worry about.

The bible offers words of encouragement for every situation

The Holy Bible offers the best Christian words of encouragement, letters and even poems that you can use as a free Christian encouragement card . Take some time to read a few verses and you will be amazed at the Christian words of encouragement you will find there. When the need for encouraging words or inspirational words is there, it does not matter who is saying them or why but what becomes vital to feel encouraged, motivated and inspired if you share your cares with God, no matter what ever life throws as you.

Words of encouragement can strengthen us.

You do not have to give up on what ever it is you are doing. You could be having a hard time starting a business, restoring a broken marriage (or relationship) or trying to cope with the loss of a loved one.

If you believe in your heart that with God's help, you can make it then there is nothing that can stop you. The truth is, you were not born to fail, and you were not made to be a loser in anything.

We do fail sometimes and we do lose some battles but don't allow the dark side to take over. We start to think negatively and it is through those emotions that we lose and fail. One of the best ways to deal with this is to get hold of some encourageing words from the bible.

Some of the things that discourage us at times are too insignificant to even allow them to determine our destiny. I do understand that at times it can be a situation that is beyond your control. What ever it may be, try to exercise some patience and look forward to another day. Do not make decisions when you are most vulnerable because you might regret them later on. Hold on to Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Call up a friend or someone you trust with your heart and pray with them. In the bible it says, " When 2 or 3 are gathered together in agreement, you can ask God for anything in his will believing it" Talk to that Christian person and read scripture to the point until you feel better. God will put right in front of you the words you need to hear. If you keep some kind of a diary you can use it to write down your feelings and needs and then follow up later and see how God answers your prayers, and that can be very exciting.

You can also join a church group or bible study group that will give you encouragement. Some even go on the Internet into Christian chat rooms or prayer rooms and find others to chat and pray with online. It is amazing how God can just perfectly provide that other person he has chosen to be there when you have a need.

Those others can share their experiences and answered prayer and we get encouraged by listening to their stories and experiences. Sometimes you need to listen to what other people have to share about their own lives so that we can get a clear perspective of our own situation. Often times we will realize that our problem is like a grain of sand compared to others. Take the time to stop and count your blessings. Instead of doing a pitty party, take out a piece of paper and write down the many things you have to be thankful for and you will realize God is holding you in his hand.

When I looked recently at the prayer list from a church funeral I went to, I realized how very fortunate I am. I am sometimes overwhelmed with the problems of others compared to mine that are really so small. That gives me many things to be grateful for.

You can also go on to the Internet and Google some praise songs or scripture and that will fill you right up. Many church leaders have their messages on the Internet that you can listen to 7/24. Bible.com is a great resource to look up scripture and you can Google praise music. Once you know the name of what you want to listen to, just Google that title and put in hymn at the end of the phrase and look out… blessings and encouragement galore. If you are worried or feeling low just start to sing some versus and the devil has to run from you and you will be encouraged big time.

You also could go to a hospital emergency room or assisted care living facility for seniors and pray with and for others and be encouraged in how very fortunate you are. Take your eyes off yourself and put your eyes on others and your pain will disappear and both of you will be blessed. I have done that and it works. I guarantee you will feel better immediately. You will be encouraged and they too will be encouraged.
